Leadership Transition Announcement

Pottstown Engineered Products (PEP) and the Vari Corporation family of companies are pleased to announce several leadership changes that will strengthen our organization while ensuring the same commitment to quality and customer service you have come to expect.
After serving as General Manager of Columbia Boiler Company for 20 years and General Manager of PEP for the past two years, Ed Passifione has accepted the position of General Manager of Boyertown Furnace Company, another member of the Vari Corporation family of companies. The transition follows the planned retirement of Dave Thomas, who has successfully led Boyertown Furnace for many years and will retire at the end of 2026.
We are also pleased to announce that Terry Rismiller has been appointed as the new General Manager of Pottstown Engineered Products. Terry brings more than 29 years of experience in the boiler industry and has been a valued member of the Vari Corporation family of companies for over 10 years. His industry knowledge and leadership will help ensure PEP continues providing the exceptional products and customer service our customers expect.
